When will I receive my order?
Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your order, depending on order volume. UPS tracking information will be sent to your email upon shipment. Allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. As noted on relevant product pages, GenTeal embroidered items are customized upon ordering. Please allow up to 10 days for processing time prior to shipping.

What is your Father's Day return policy?
Beginning 5/15, we accept returns and exchanges on all full-price and select sale items that have been purchased through our website, excluding styles marked "final sale." Items must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition and returned by July 31st (or within 30 days of purchase).
We honor even exchanges on all products that are not final sale, regardless of original product pricing.
