Shipping policy

We use both USPS and UPS to deliver your package. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Shipping Rates

• All orders over $200 with Standard Shipping: Complimentary
• Orders under $200 with Standard Shipping: $12
• UPS 2nd Day Air: $25 
• UPS Next Day Air: $50

Our Shipping Policy:

Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your order, depending on order volume. Tracking information will be sent to your email upon shipment. Allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. As noted on relevant product pages, GenTeal embroidered items are customized upon ordering.

Estimated delivery dates are determined by the shipping carrier and are subject to change. Delays during transit are outside of our control, and we cannot issue refunds for orders delayed by the carrier.

Embroidery/Collegiate Products:

All embroidered garments are customized upon order. Please allow up to 10 days for order processing prior to shipment.  If you have any questions about the status of your order, please reach out to us.
