Top to bottom, the brand experience has been exceptional! Shipping was quick, packaging was clean w/branded hangers, and it just felt like a brand that gives a damn about their customers. I’ve worn Peter Millar, Johnnie-O, Rhoback, etc before and GenTeal stands next to any of them on craftsmanship & fabric quality. The difference for me has been that GenTeal feels like it was made by people who actually wear their own stuff. Every stitch & fabric detail feels intentional and practical for how I’m wearing it for and that’s hard to find these days…You’ve got a customer for life in me & an advocate to all my friends/family!!
A year ago I’ve never heard of this company and now I’m one of its biggest fans. Every gentle Hill product I’ve purchased has been high-quality and good looking. The service has been efficient and friendly. If you’re a fan of brands like Johnny O and Peter Millar, you really should check these guys out.
