Winter Storm Gerri Update:

Our office and warehouse suffered significant damage during Winter Storm Gerri. While we are fortunate the building was empty at the time and that we are all safe, we must temporarily stop accepting new orders and are experiencing delays with our current delivery schedule. WINTER STORM GERRI FAQs

I placed an order with GenTeal Apparel and it has not shipped yet. Will I still receive it?

If you placed an order or exchange request and it has not yet shipped, you will be given a full refund. Please allow us 1-3 days processing time for submitting your refund and up to 10 business days to see your refund reflected with your bank after you receive your refund notification.

Can I still make a return for a product that I already have received?

To make a return, submit your request via our returns portal: gentealapparel.com/returns

Allow for extended processing time on orders currently received and all orders submitted for the next month. Refunds only accepted.

ORDERS

When will I receive my order?

Please allow us 1-4 business days to process your order, depending on order volume. UPS tracking information will be sent to your email upon shipment. Allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. Please review Winter Storm Gerri updates above for information on impacted orders.

What if there is an issue with the order I received?

Where can I find the size guide?

Click here to view our product sizing chart. We also offer free returns and exchanges on all orders in case the fit isn't as expected.

How long is the embroidery process?

Collegiate styles are embroidered in-house once the order is placed. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.

What if the style I am looking for is out of stock?

We do not accept pre-orders or waitlists for items that are out of stock. Subscribe to the email list at the bottom of our website's homepage to stay up-to-date on restocks, sales, and other promotions.

What is the difference between the Classic and Club Collection Polos?

Our Classic Collection Polos feature our signature 4-Color Duck logo embroidered on the left chest. Our Club Collection Polos have no embroidery on the left chest but feature our tonal Duck logo on the center back neck.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on all items that have been purchased through our website, including sale items. Items must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. To begin your return process, visit www.gentealapparel.com/returns.  

How do I make a gift exchange?

To return a gift that was purchased through our website, you will need the Order #, Shipping Postal Code, recipients full name, and the recipients email address. Click here to begin the return process.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

3-5 days after we have received your return, you will be notified via email that the refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 10 days to be reflected on your account.

What is your return policy during the holidays?

Any orders placed during the months of November and December can be returned/exchanged until January 31st. To make a gift exchange, visit gentealapprel.com/returns. Contact us if the returns portal does not work as expected.

GIFT CARDS

When will I receive my gift card?

Your gift card will be sent to the email used at checkout upon ordering. Please check your spam and junk folders if you have not received the email within 24 hours of placing your order.

How do I apply my gift card at checkout?

You can type the gift card code in the discount code box at checkout.
