Embroidery orders placed after 12/15 will not arrive before 12/25. The last day to place standard shipping orders to receive in time for Christmas is 12/19. We are accepting Next Day Air shipping orders until 12PM CST on 12/22.

Collegiate styles are embroidered in-house once the order is placed. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.

Our Classic Collection Polos feature our signature 4-Color Duck logo embroidered on the left chest. Our Club Collection Polos have no embroidery on the left chest but feature our tonal Duck logo on the center back neck.
We accept returns and exchanges on all items that have been purchased through our website. Items must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. To begin your return process, visit www.gentealapparel.com/returns.
To return a gift that was purchased through our website, you will need the Order #, Shipping Postal Code, recipients full name, and the recipients email address. Click here to begin the return process.
3-5 days after we have received your return, you will be notified via email that the refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 10 days to be reflected on your account.
