Orders
When will I receive my order?
Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your order, depending on order volume. UPS tracking information will be sent to your email upon shipment. Allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. As noted on relevant product pages, GenTeal embroidered items are customized upon ordering. Please allow up to 10 days for processing time prior to shipping.
What if there is an issue with the order I've received?
Please contact us at support@gentealapparel.com so we can resolve your order issue as quickly as possible.
I received tracking, but my tracking information still says "Label Created."
Please allow up to 10 business days of processing for all embroidered styles, as noted on our product pages. The customization process will begin after your tracking notification has been sent. Your tracking number will automatically update in status 24 hours after your order leaves our warehouse.

We also offer free returns and exchanges on all orders in case the fit isn't as expected.
How long is the embroidery process?
Collegiate styles are embroidered in-house once the order is placed. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
What if the style I am looking for is out of stock?
We do not accept pre-orders or waitlists for items that are out of stock. Subscribe to the email list at the bottom of our website's homepage to stay up-to-date on restocks, sales, and other promotions.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on all regularly-priced items that have been purchased through our website, excluding styles marked "final sale." Items must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition and returned within 30 days of purchase (see holiday policy below).
We honor even exchanges on all products that are not final sale, regardless of original product pricing.

What is your holiday return policy?
Any eligible orders placed from October 15th-December 25th can be returned/exchanged until January 31st. Exclusions apply to products marked "Final Sale."

How do I make a gift exchange?

When can I expect to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 10 days for processing once we receive your return. Return processing times may increase during periods of high volume. We appreciate your patience! You will be notified via email that the refund has been processed.
Refunds can take up to 10 days to be reflected on your bank account.
When will I receive my exchange?
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once we have received your return. Return processing times may increase during periods of high volume. We appreciate your patience! Upon processing, you will be notified via email that the exchange order has been created and shipped.
How do I know if a product is "Final Sale?"
Products will be marked as "Final Sale" on the product pages. See product descriptions for more details. These styles will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we are not able to edit or cancel orders during times of high order volume.
Gift Cards
When will I receive my gift card?
Your gift card will be sent to the email used at checkout upon ordering. Please check your spam and junk folders if you have not received the email within 24 hours of placing your order.
How do I apply my gift card at checkout?
You can type the gift card code in the discount code box at checkout.
