When will I receive my order?
Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your order, depending on order volume. UPS tracking information will be sent to your email upon shipment. Allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. As noted on relevant product pages, GenTeal embroidered items are customized upon ordering. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing time prior to shipping. Embroidered products ship separately from non-embroidered products.
What if there is an issue with the order I've received?

Do you offer price adjustments if an item I purchased goes on sale later?
We’re unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased at full price if they later go on sale.
Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we are not able to edit or cancel orders during times of high order volume.

We also offer free returns and exchanges on all full-price styles in case the fit isn't as expected.
How long is the embroidery process?
All Collegiate logo styles are embroidered once the order is placed. Please allow up to 10 days for processing prior to shipping with no exceptions. Embroidered products ship separately from non-embroidered products.
What if the style I am looking for is out of stock?
We do not accept pre-orders or waitlists for items that are out of stock. Subscribe to the email list at the bottom of our website's homepage to stay up-to-date on restocks, sales, and other promotions.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your holiday return policy?
For orders placed between October 15, 2025 and December 25, 2025, returns and exchanges are accepted on all full-price and sale items purchased through our website, excluding items marked “Final Sale” and any gift-with-purchase products until 1/31/26. All items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
We honor even exchanges on all products that are not final sale, regardless of original product pricing.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

How do I make a gift exchange?
To make a gift exchange, visit gentealapparel.com/returns. Once prompted, click "Have a Gift Return."
You will need the Order #, Original Shipping Postal Code, and Original Recipient's Full Name. For "Email Address," input the email to which you would like the return label to be sent.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 10 days for processing once we receive your return. Return processing times may increase during periods of high volume. We appreciate your patience! You will be notified via email that the refund has been processed.
Shipping fees can not be refunded.
Refunds can take up to 10 days to be reflected on your bank account.
When will I receive my exchange?
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once we have received your return. Return processing times may increase during periods of high volume. We appreciate your patience! Upon processing, you will be notified via email that the exchange order has been created and shipped.
How do I know if a product is "Final Sale?"
Products will be marked as "Final Sale" on the product pages. See product descriptions for more details. These styles will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Gifts with purchase are not eligible for exchanges.
Gift Cards
When will I receive my gift card?
Your gift card will be sent to the email used at checkout upon ordering. Please check your spam and junk folders if you have not received the email within 24 hours of placing your order.
How do I apply my gift card at checkout?
You can type the gift card code in the discount code box at checkout.
